Have you guys heard of Influenster? It’s a really cool community of women that are invited to test the latest products from brands we all love and then share their experiences. You don’t have to be a blogger to sign-up, any one can qualify!

I received my first VoxBox from Influenster a few weeks ago and I was thrilled with what I found inside. The ‘Love’ box was filled with goodies to help me get ready for a well-needed date night with my hubby! How fun is that?

Over the past few weeks I’ve tested out all of these brand new products and I can’t wait to share my experiences with all of you.

1. Gillette Venus & Olay Razor

I will be completely honest when it comes to spending money on razors, I am the type of person who buys a big bag of inexpensive disposable razors and it will last me about 6-12 months. It’s generally not something I spend a lot of money on because I feel like the money could be spent elsewhere. So when I was really excited when I was given the opportunity to try the new Venus & Olay Razor to see if the extra few dollars were worth it.

I started by shaving one leg with my generic disposable razor and then used the Venus & Olay Razor on the other leg. All I can say is the second I started shaving I instantly thought, “Oh my gosh this is amazing!” The razor was so silky and smooth I kept checking to see if it had a plastic cover on it because I couldn’t believe it was actually shaving my legs. The razor was ergonomically perfect in both my hand and on my skin. The blades moved really smoothly over my knee caps (an area I am still cautious about even after years of shaving), it just seemed to glide effortlessly. For the first time, shaving was actually fun.

For me, the real test came down to how my legs felt after I got out of the shower. Did one leg feel differently than the other? Did the Venus & Olay blade cut any closer to my skin? Even though the whole experience of shaving my legs with the Venus & Olay Razor was 100% better than using my generic disposable razor, both of my legs felt exactly the same once I got out of the shower.

My Concluding Thoughts: Loved it!

2. Kiss Nail Dress-Fashion That Sticks

The next product to help me get ready for my date night were these patterned nail fashions for tips and toes from Kiss Nail Dress. I’m not the type of person who would typically wear something this bold but I think these would be adorable on the right person. I think these would make a great ‘dress-up’ accessory for young girls or something fun to wear to a theme party.

My Concluding Thoughts: Not for me, But maybe for you!

3. Stash Tea Herbal Tea Sampler

Do you like to drink coffee or tea with your dessert? I allow myself one cup of coffee in the morning and then I drink tea at night. I’ve been a Stash Tea drinker for a long time so I was really excited when I saw this new Stash Tea Herbal Sampler in my VoxBox. The teas are full of flavor but aren’t over powering, they are the perfect blend! My favorite flavors from this sampler were the Raspberry and the Pomegranate. If you are looking for new tea flavors, I highly recommend them!

My Concluding Thoughts: Must Buy!

4. Ghirardelli Gourmet Milk Creamy Devotion

There is no better way to top off a date night then with some decadent chocolate. Ghiraredelli chocolate already makes a regular appearance in our home so Ghirardelli’s new Gourmet Milk Creamy Devotion was a welcomed surprise! Unfortunately due to my soy allergy I wasn’t able to take part in the yumminess but based on how quickly my husband devoured this chocolate bar, you won’t want to pass it up!

My Concluding Thoughts: Must Buy

5. Truvia Natural Sweetner

I first heard about Truvia a few years ago from a friend but never took the jump to purchasing it myself. For those of you who aren’t familiar with it, Truvia is a natural sweetener made from part of the Stevia plant and is calorie free! Having the opportunity to integrate it into my daily life was just what I needed. I used the sweetener in my daily cup of coffee and I definitely noticed a difference. I’m a natural sweetener kind of girl (I normally use the brand with yellow packets) and I enjoyed the flavor Truvia brought to my coffee. It had a subtle flavor, it wasn’t too sweet, but just enough to add something to my cup of jo.

My Concluding Thoughts: I enjoyed it

These were all fabulous products and I’m thankful I had the opportunity to try them out and share my experience with you!
