Coming from the world of marketing, I know all too well about the power of a good product name. It can really make it or break it. Thankfully my friends at Cottonelle are smart cookies and they are asking YOU for help with naming their latest product.

Cottonelle has introduced a two-step process (paper + wipes) and they need help naming it something creative. Something fun, funny-yet-tasteful, and that gets the point across. Come on creative people, let’s help them brainstorm!

Now, I don’t allow a lot of potty talk (no pun intended) on my blog, but I’m making an exception for today. What happens in the bathroom has always been a pretty personal matter… until I had a kid. I’m pretty sure I’ve talked more about potty issues in the last year than I have in my entire life. But for a good reason. Diaper rashes are not fun for Miss E or for me and I’m always looking for something to help keep her bum soft and clean.
I started to think about the paper+wipe solution and how it will play a huge role in our upcoming summer plans. This summer we’ll be camping, taking trips to the beach cabin, road tripping it and lots more. We’ll be in a lot of situations where we’ll need a great process to help keep her bum soft and clean in the car or after a day playing in the sand! So keeping summer in mind, here are a few “NameIt” ideas I have for the Cottonelle two-step “process”:
Here are some of the names I’ve come up with:
– Twice As Nice in Paradise With Cottonelle
– Gettin Cheeky With It (Play on ‘Gettin Jiggy With It’, you know the ole school Will Smith song? Ok I’m lame but totally reminds me of summer)

Now we need YOU to “Name It”. You can use the widget below to come up with a creative name. Just click “Get a Name”.

Every Two-Step Tuesday, visit the Cottonelle on Facebook to vote for your favorite name in their weekly poll. You can also view the weekly fan favorite names in their gallery.   Cottonelle is loving all of your input and they are saying ‘thank you’ by giving one DDD reader a Clean Care kit, which includes:

  • 1 tub of Cottonelle Flushable moist wipes
  • 1 pack of Cottonelle Ultra Care toilet paper
  • 1 travel pack of moist wipes
  • 1 solo pack of moist wipes
  • 1 pack of Name It post-it notes
