How is everyone’s week going? I’m definitely looking forward to the weekend but part of me has no idea how it got to Friday already!? I’m still trying to catch up from being in Cali, isn’t it funny how you almost need a vacation from your vacation?
Anyway, on to the party. I really enjoyed looking through all the links last week. Everyone seems to be in fall mode and I’m loving all the seasonal projects linked up. Fall is by far my favorite time of year and all of your projects make me happy! In case you missed it, we put together post full of features from the party. There is a little bit of everything in there so be sure to take a look. I guarantee you’ll leave feeling inspired :)
Now let’s take a quick look at what’s been going on with us this week.
I’m finally starting my fall porch decor and I started the big task with my new Fabric Pumpkin Wreath (inspired by Lucy’s Drop Cloth Pumpkins). I also put together my 5 Steps To A Budget-Friendly Room Makeover. While I have only shared a few of my rooms with you (I hope to have more reveals soon!) this is a check-list I go through to make sure each makeover is done as inexpensively as possible. I was really hoping to share a new recipe this week, but it was a total flop, so I’m going to have to make a few tweaks before you get a taste :)
This week Lucy showed us some beautiful fall projects, I love her Fall Tablescape, it’s simple and elegant and her post is so beautifully written. It’s worth a read! She also shared a tutorial for her Drop Cloth Pumpkins, which I obviously adore, and her DIY Anemones. And if you entered to win a Cutting Edge Stencil, you’ll want to head over and see if you won!
Jaime is full of inspiration this week. Her Apple Fruit Dip looks delicious (I’m definitely trying it) and if you are looking for fall photo shoot ideas you’ll have to read some of her tips! She also revealed this beautiful Rocking Chair Makeover, I’m loving the fabric she chose for this project.
Alright it’s party time! Let’s hang out and get to know each other all a little better! I know this sounds cheesy, but I feel like I’ve already made new ‘bloggy friends’ in just two parties!
And if you want to connect with us outside of Happy Hour (which we would love), you can catch us here:
